Modern and luxurious accommodation with thoughtful staff with a good and friendly manner of the staff. Good and unbeatable location in the centre of Hanoi, easy to get anywhere. Based very close to the hectic maze and traffic clog that is Old Town, the French Quarter, very close to Hoang Kiem Lake and Train Street.

The location was very convenient for accessing
Local attractions, easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and well-appointed, but the breakfast setup could be improved as some items lacked freshness during busy hours.

Location is excellent and convenient as there are a few restaurants near by the hotel, only 5 - 10 mins by foot. Generally, hotel staff are helpful and is quite famous hotel in Hanoi, most taxi driver know about this hotel, so no problem if taking taxi.
Swimming pool is quite small and only open till 7pm, so we did not use it at all. Buffet dinner is too pricely, about usd40 per person.

The service was mediocre for a 5-star hotel. Almost all 3/4 star hotel that I've been in Asia would beat it hands down... Overpriced for Vietnam.

We stayed in an Executive Suite and enjoyed access to the Club floors, including evening drinks and snacks, late checkout, etc. The room was very spacious and relaxing after long days of exploring the city on foot. The hotel's location is very central.
The hotel had no record of my booking but nevertheless, said they could accommodate us and that they would honour the booking confirmation which I had printed out. However on checkout, they charged me the gross price (which already included tax) plus another 10% tax. This was the only sour note on an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable experience.
